We accept the following payment methods:

Pets:
Pets are permitted in rooms. We charge a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per pet per night (does not include food), but we ask for prior notification, as pets are only permitted in a few rooms. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, breakfast and hotel bar areas.

Bathrobes and towels
Can be borrowed for free at the hotel reception during your stay. All we ask is a deposit of EUR 35.00 per person/stay, to be paid back upon return of items borrowed. Due to high losses of towels and bathrobes, we ask for your understanding in this matter.

Parking:
Free parking spaces are available on-site. Please ring at the column when arriving for the first time. After check-in, you can open the gate with your room card at any time. For guests who are accommodated in the guesthouse, we recommend parking immediately above the building (mountain road, Sanitas Spa entrance) - please check in at the hotel reception first.

Check-in and check-out times:
Rooms are available starting at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Please inform us if you intend to arrive after 6:00 pm. Late spa check out by 5:00 pm is possible on day of departure.

Parkhotel Wehrle cancellation policy

Free cancellation is possible up until 14 days prior to the date of arrival. In the event of cancellation after expiry of the above deadline, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total cost of guaranteed bookings.

In the event of a no-show without cancellation, we will charge 100% of all booked services. No credit or compensation shall be offered for services that are not utilised or in the event of early departure.

Sanitas Spa cancellation policy

Free cancellation is possible until 24 hours before the actual appointment. In the event of cancellation after expiry of the above deadline, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total price of treatment. In the event that you fail to arrive for treatment without cancellation, we charge 100% of all booked services. There is no entitlement to an alternative date.

No credit or compensation shall be offered for services that are not utilised or in the event of early departure.
